DogFest Vendors!
All vendors & rescue groups must be set up by 8:30am on Saturday, October 10th 2009.
Early set up is available from 10:00am to 7:00pm on Friday, October 9th. Set up on Saturday between 5:30am - 8:30am.
Local Boy Scouts will be available to assist with setup.

Important Vendor Information For Vendors
Event Date: Saturday, October 10, 2009 at Shawan Downs in Cockeysville, October 11 Raindate Rain or Shine
Vendor Fees:
$150 per 10 x 10 space (bring your own tent)
No fee for 501(c)3 nonprofit groups (please attach proper ID paperwork.)
Vendor Set-up Details:
Set up hours are Friday, October 9 between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and/or Saturday, October 10 between 5:30 am - 7:00 am.
All vendor vehicles must be off the event site and parked in an appropriate space in the parking lot no later 7:00 am on October 10. If you arrive after 7:00 am, you will need to park in the designated lot and hand carry your items to your vendor space.
Dogfest 2009 is a one day event that has a rain date on October 11 which is a rain or shine day.
Vendor fees are non-refundable after September 15, 2009.
Vendors may not leave the event grounds before 4:30 pm.
Please bring your own display tables, chairs, and tents – unless previously arranged with DogFest 2009.
Portable restroom facilities are available for your use.
Refreshments may be purchased from the concession stand.
Vendors may sell/give away anything except opened beverages and opened prepared food for people and live animals.
Animal rescue organizations may do adoptions.
Your business operations may take place only in your allotted booth space and the walkway immediately in front of your space. You may handout information to people passing by your booth.
